Find an Early Pregnancy Assessment Centre (EPAC) in Ontario

EPACs provide care for people experiencing early pregnancy complications or miscarriage. If your regular health care provider cannot see you soon enough and emergency care is not needed, an EPAC may offer timely assessment instead of an emergency department visit.

Referral may be Needed

• For Patients: Some EPACs require a referral. Check the clinic’s access details on the map or ask your health care provider before visiting.
• For Health Care Providers: Use the map to find an EPAC for patients who need timely assessment and check each clinic’s referral and access requirements.
