BORN Ontario's legacy work includes perinatal health reports for all Local Health Integration Network's (LHIN) in Ontario. These reports are organized by fiscal year and provide a regional analysis of pregnancy, maternal and child health outcomes.

The objectives of the “LHIN Regional Reports” are to:

  • Show how the data supports indicators relevant to reproductive and child health.
  • Highlight maternal and child health issues and trends arising from the analyses.
  • Present a baseline for future trending by LHIN.
  • Provide information for decision making and policy development relevant to maternal and child health and reproductive outcomes.
