Facts from Ontario

The BORN Registry exists to facilitate and improve care. In order to improve care, the first step is understanding how care is currently provided and identifying clinical issues in care settings.  In this section, BORN provides a snapshot of pregnancy, birth and baby information.  More detailed information is available in the BORN Reporting Portal or by making a data request to BORN. Please feel free to download  the data slides presented below.
