BORN Coordinators

The BORN Registry is managed through a regional model of support as regional coordinators are sponsored by regional networks, which is hosted at an Academic Health Science Centre. Working closely with the regional networks the BORN Regional Coordinator support activities requiring  maternal newborn information of the membership.    

BORN Ontario Regional coordinators provide education, training, user support for organizations participating in perinatal and neonatal data collection and use with additional responsibilities in information management support of the future integrated system. They work within a data quality management framework ensuring continued participation through timely and complete data entry, data quality management and facilitating data use at the clinical, organization and regional level.
